Dorothy Fahn, also known as Dorothy Elias-Fahn or Dorothy Melendrez, is an American voice actress known for her roles in various anime and video games, including Meryl Stryfe in “Trigun” and Kaoru Kamiya in “Rurouni Kenshin.” She has been active in the industry since 1990 and is married to fellow voice actor Tom Fahn
