Vendor and Guest load-in starts at 6am. You don’t have to be there that early. Please however remember that Early Bird entry begins at 9am, while general admission entry is 10am. Pasadena Comic Con ends at 5pm with no additional activities occurring after hours.

Parking Instructions for the Pasadena Convention Center
300 E Green street Pasadena CA
Marengo or Euclid side entrance alley . Enter down to the parking structure.
Show the parking lot person your name on the sheet provided on your phone or print it out. We have given them this sheet as well but sometimes shift changes or what someone doesn’t have the list on them you have it.
Once inside the parking garage. Take a right and go down to the second level. Go left and park in sections 11-15. Walk through the dock and follow the blue lines to the elevator, not the freight elevator please. Go up the elevator on exit you can go right and enter the main ballroom. Or leave to the right and go up to the main hallway. You may also use Green Street for small car loads that you can get in from the main entrance to the main hallway.
